CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. was the first financial institution in the Hungarian market to choose cloud computing solutions to serve its IT needs in 2007.
NKS has developed the entire server-side infrastructure on a managed private cloud basis.We have been running live systems in a geo-redundant environment for 15 years without downtime. Thanks to the flexibility and scalability of the cloud service, the IT system has easily accommodated the exponential growth of the Group, which has resulted in the Group becoming the market leader in life insurance already in 2009.
Since the launch, NKS has also provided client-side operation of CIG Pannónia with 7/24 availability. We represent our clients in regular MNB audits of the service portfolio, fully complying with the regulations every year.

Futureal Group
Complex IT development strategy in an international environment
Futureal Group is one of the largest real estate developers in the Central European region. To date, it has completed projects worth over 1 billion Euros in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Israel, the USA and the UK.
Since 2008, NKS has been responsible for the IT functions of the entire group: to support dynamic growth, we have developed a centrally managed, freely scalable hybrid server infrastructure based on HCI, VMware, Hyper-V and Microsoft. This solution combines NKS' virtual private cloud services with the available on-premises infrastructure, complemented by Microsoft's public cloud services. We have taken great care to ensure business continuity during the phased implementation and migration, following a development strategy.
In addition to infrastructure management, we also perform Microsoft 365 and Azure migration, implementation and custom development tasks. NKS manages on-site client and peripheral operations for the entire international group:

Dreher Breweries
Production continues uninterrupted
Our company migrated the entire IT infrastructure of Dreher Breweries Zrt. to the private cloud of NKS, and we are also responsible for its operation. The system was implemented in two data centres less than 10 km apart.
The biggest business value of the upgrade is that in the event of a failure in the primary data centre, the entire system will be up and running again in the secondary data centre within 15 minutes.

M-Teampannon Engineering Office
Online collaboration and IT operations in the cloud
Founded in the early nineties, M-Teampannon Architecture Ltd. is a joint workshop of young architects and Ybl Prize-winning leading designers, which has been among the top ranking of Hungarian architecture firms for a decade.
In 2019, NKS carried out the IT reconstruction of the office - networking and security, server virtualisation, data storage and backup. Continuous online collaboration between the office and its partners was established on the Microsoft 365 platform, following the migration of the email and file server.
Thanks to continuous improvements, the design BIM servers have been running in the NKS private cloud since 2020, while our small business operations team manages the on-site server, client and peripheral infrastructure.

ISQM
Kubernetes platform service for quality processes
The Intelligent Service Quality Monitoring service currently provides quality assurance for hundreds of thousands of processes every day in four countries with more than 10 000 employees.
As a result of the continuous monitoring of the process support and resource management system we have developed, workflows are always delivered to the contracted service level. We continuously develop the microservices and mobile applications that implement the service, and we also provide the Kubernetes platform service from our data centre, the necessary tools, and the management of the CI/CD pipeline and HelmChart. This includes continuous delivery, deployment, automatic scaling, load balancing, outage-free upgrades and automatic bug fixing.
